Foxtrot

Foxtrot is a very smooth dance with graceful and flowing movements. It is probably the most elegant ballroom dance and one of the most beautiful dances to watch. Good foxtrot create smooth lines and turns and look as if they are floating on the dance floor.

The Foxtrot is typically danced in 4/4 timing in the rhythm slow-slow-quick-quick. Foxtrot is often danced at weddings, celebrations and big parties.
